Denmark: Police arrest suspects in burglaries and robbery

Police in Denmark have arrested two individuals in separate criminal incidents.

A 59-year-old man from Nykøbing Falster was arrested following several burglaries in Nakskov and Nykøbing Falster. The thefts, which occurred at locations including Nørrevold, Frisegade, and Brogade, involved items such as keys and motorcycle equipment. The suspect was apprehended at Banegårdspladsen in Nykøbing after being found in possession of items linked to the burglaries.

In a separate incident, a 44-year-old man was arrested for robbery at a local Brugsen grocery store in Dybvad, Frederikshavn Municipality. The incident began as a theft from the cash register, but escalated into a robbery when the suspect pushed an employee, causing them to fall. North Jutland Police successfully identified and detained the suspect later that evening.
