Depok Police Raid Seizes 33,708 Illegal Drugs and 744 Alcohol Bottles
The Metro Police Narcotics Unit in Depok, led by Commissioner Yefta Ruben Hasian Aruan, conducted two separate enforcement actions.
In the first operation, officers seized 33,708 tablets of controlled substances—including tramadol, hexymethylen, trihexyphenidyl, and alprazolam—across 13 districts of the city and arrested 34 suspects linked to illegal G‑list drug distribution between April and June 2026.
A second raid targeted an unlicensed liquor outlet inside the Saladin Apartment complex on Margonda Road, resulting in the confiscation of 744 bottles of alcoholic beverages and the discovery of a makeshift mini‑bar. The seizure was prompted by a community complaint and will be processed under relevant food, consumer protection, and local regulations.
