German stocks see analyst upgrades and Siemens Healthineers buyback
Siemens Healthineers AG announced a share‑buyback programme covering 2,286,005 shares between 1 June and 5 July 2026 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, with daily purchase volumes ranging from 50,000 to 120,000 shares at weighted‑average prices around €34 per share.
Deutsche Bank Research raised its rating on Schott Pharma to “Buy” and set a new price target of €22, up from €16, citing an expected rebound in margins and growth after the company passed a difficult phase.
The same analyst house also upgraded Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) to “Buy” with a €110 target after the firm secured a large submarine contract from Canada, highlighting a potential order‑book expansion of €20‑40 billion.
For Siemens Healthineers, Deutsche Bank kept a “Hold” rating with a €38 target, noting a 5 % organic revenue increase but pressure on operating margins from inflationary costs and competition in the diagnostics market.
UBS raised its price target for the online broker Flatexdegiro to €46.50, maintaining a “Buy” recommendation and projecting continued customer growth and strong trading activity through late 2026.
