Dhanbad jewelry shop targeted in theft of 3 lakh rupees

Thieves targeted a jewelry shop in the Duhataand area of Dhanbad, stealing assets valued at approximately 3 lakh rupees. The perpetrators gained entry by cutting through a ventilation opening during the night.

The stolen items include roughly 50,000 rupees in cash along with gold and silver jewelry, such as earrings and nose rings. The shop owner, Sonu Verma, discovered the theft on Sunday morning when he arrived to open the business. Local police from the Dhansar station have launched an investigation and are currently reviewing CCTV footage to identify the suspects.
