DHL acquires Venipak to expand Baltic logistics network

DHL has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Venipak Group, the largest independent parcel operator in the Baltic states. The deal gives DHL full ownership of Venipak’s operations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, including around 800 parcel lockers, a network of pick‑up points, about 1,000 employees and 350 independent couriers. Subject to customary regulatory approvals, Venipak will be integrated into DHL eCommerce while retaining its brand and management team. DHL aims to link Venipak’s local delivery strengths with its global transport and fulfillment capabilities, reinforcing its position in fast‑growing e‑commerce markets in the region. CEO Pablo Ciano said the acquisition supports DHL’s strategic ambition to provide reliable, convenient and sustainable parcel services across Europe. The seller, Nerijus Raudonis, will focus on developing the investment platform Stokex. Financial terms were not disclosed, though Venipak projects 2025 revenue of roughly €86 million and EBITDA of €12.4 million.
