Diamond Mall launches economic empowerment program for women

Diamond Mall has launched its first economic empowerment program for women to support professional development and entrepreneurship. The initiative, marking the company's third anniversary, provides comprehensive support including mentorship, psychological assistance, and legal aid.

The program targets vulnerable groups, such as single mothers, unemployed women, and those with low income or limited work experience. It aims to help participants acquire skills for employment or the development of small businesses and new products.

Applications are open until September 1. A jury consisting of representatives from Limak, company partners, and university professors will select 20 participants based on motivation, economic status, and potential for positive life change. Selected participants will undergo a multi-week training program covering digital, financial, and professional skills, including marketing, finance management, artificial intelligence, and labor market preparation, led by instructors from Brainster Group.
