To mark its third anniversary, Diamond Mall in North Macedonia has introduced the ‘Diamond Mall – Center for Economic Empowerment of Women’. This initiative is designed to support vulnerable groups, including single mothers, unemployed women, and those with low income, by providing them with the tools to start or expand businesses.

The program offers a multi-week curriculum featuring mentorship, psychological assistance, legal aid, and practical training in areas such as digital skills, financial management, marketing, and artificial intelligence. A jury of partners and professors will select 20 participants based on their motivation and economic status. The program includes training sessions and lectures, culminating in a celebration where certificates are awarded and project outcomes are showcased.
