Diddy Glow killed in Boca Chica shooting

Urban music artist Jesús Alexis Delgado Ortiz, known professionally as Diddy Glow, was killed during a shooting in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. The 31-year-old artist, who rose to prominence through freestyle battles and earned the nickname ‘La Bestia’, was not the intended target of the attack, according to preliminary reports from the National Police.

In addition to Diddy Glow, 26-year-old Jonathan Villanueva, known as Cotuí, also died in the incident, while five other individuals were wounded. Police spokesperson Diego Pesqueira stated that the gunfire was directed at another person present at the scene.

Authorities are currently investigating the incident under the hypothesis of old grievances. Investigators are reviewing security footage from local establishments and the National Emergency and Security 911 System, and have interviewed approximately ten people as part of the ongoing inquiry to identify those responsible.
