Dien May Xanh CEO restructures portfolio by trading MWG and DMX shares

Doan Van Hieu Em, General Director of Dien May Xanh Investment JSC (DMX) and board member of Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), has registered to restructure his investment portfolio.

Mr. Hieu Em plans to purchase 732,000 DMX shares between September 10 and October 9, 2026, to increase his ownership to approximately 0.38% of the company's charter capital. This transaction is estimated to cost roughly 57 billion VND.

Simultaneously, he has registered to sell 1 million MWG shares between September 7 and October 6, 2026, reducing his ownership from 0.15% to approximately 0.08%. The sale is estimated at 73 billion VND. The stated purpose of these moves is to reallocate capital toward DMX to support long-term growth with the company.

Dien May Xanh reported strong performance in the first seven months of 2026, with net revenue reaching 75,474 billion VND, a 29% increase year-on-year. Management expressed confidence in exceeding the annual profit target of 7,350 billion VND, potentially reaching over 10,000 billion VND.
