Dien May Xanh financial performance and dividends
Overview
Dien May Xanh Investment JSC (DMX) reported strong financial performance for the first seven months of 2026, achieving 75,474 billion VND in revenue. This represented a 29% increase compared to the same period in 2025, driven largely by a 55% increase in air conditioner sales. Other growth areas included Erablue revenue, which rose by 89%, and TopZone revenue, which increased by 34% alongside a 50% growth in Apple product sales.
Following its listing on the HoSE, the company commenced its first cash dividend distribution on August 26, 2026. The payout represents a 40% rate, equivalent to 4,000 VND per share, totaling over 5,000 billion VND. These funds are drawn from accumulated undistributed after-tax profits through the end of 2025.
In September 2026, Doan Van Hieu Em, General Director of DMX and board member of Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), registered to restructure his investment portfolio. He plans to purchase 732,000 DMX shares between September 10 and October 9, 2026, to increase his ownership to approximately 0.38%.
By the end of the first eight months of 2026, DMX reported consolidated revenue of 87,050 billion VND, a 29% year-on-year increase that reached 71% of its annual target. Growth was supported by a 30% increase in same-store sales (SSSG) and strong performance in ICT and consumer electronics, including 40% growth in laptops. Digital channels contributed significantly, with revenue from the company’s Super App and online channels reaching 12,070 billion VND, accounting for 14% of total revenue. Erablue revenue grew by 88% year-on-year, supported by the opening of 126 new stores.
Due to this performance, DMX has raised its full-year 2026 after-tax profit target to over 10,000 billion VND, up from an initial commitment of 7,350 billion VND.
