Digital Trust Alliance promotes KOLs as digital ambassadors

At the KOL Summit 2025 held in Hanoi, the Digital Trust Alliance discussed the evolving role of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as digital ambassadors. The initiative aims to build a network that encourages KOLs to use their influence positively while fostering connections between influencers, regulatory authorities, platforms, and businesses to create a safe and healthy online environment.

Lieutenant General Le Xuan Minh, Director of the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention under the Ministry of Public Security, noted that KOLs do more than just create trends; they have the capacity to impact community perception, promote Vietnam's image, and participate in building digital culture.

To support this, the Digital Trust Alliance is expanding its reach through local Digital Trust Clubs. The upcoming second national KOL conference is expected to feature a network of 34 local clubs, providing a space for connection and support to ensure influencer impact is directed constructively.
