Dinamo București prepares for new season with player surgery and coach hunt
Midfielder Cătălin Cîrjan announced he will undergo nasal surgery on Monday, followed by knee injections on Tuesday, aiming to return fit for Dinamo București’s upcoming season. He dismissed rumours of a transfer, stating his focus is on recovery and preparation.
At the same time, Dinamo is travelling to Hungary to negotiate the appointment of Nuno Campos, the Zalaegerszeg manager, as its new head coach. Campos’ release clause is €200,000 and the club hopes to announce the hiring early next week. The move could see longtime assistant Florentin Petre depart, while former coach Zeljko Kopic is linked with a move to Al Wahda in the United Arab Emirates.
