Diputación de Pontevedra allocates €550,000 for municipal road improvements

The Diputación de Pontevedra has approved 550,000 euros for municipal road improvements across four municipalities as part of the Plan Vía Depo. President Luis López confirmed the funds will be distributed to Covelo, Nigrán, Redondela, and Salceda de Caselas.

Covelo will receive 166,000 euros for infrastructure repairs, including drainage, sanitation, and paving in several parishes, as well as repairing a sinkhole. Nigrán has been allocated 122,000 euros for road safety and maintenance, including asphalt renewal and the reconstruction of a retaining wall. Redondela will receive 145,000 euros to repair a collapsed slope on the Camiño da Milixosa and improve drainage. Salceda de Caselas will receive approximately 110,000 euros for the widening and paving of three municipal roads.
