Disney Announces July Premiere of “Descendants: Wicked Wonderland”

Disney Channel released a new teaser for the next installment of the popular Descendants franchise, Descendants: Wicked Wonderland. The movie will debut on Thursday, July 16, and will be available for streaming the following day on Disney+.

The teaser reveals that acclaimed actress Awkwafina joins the cast as Chessy the Cat in a re‑imagined Wonderland. Returning stars Kylie Cantrall (Red) and Malia Baker (Chloe) appear alongside other familiar characters, while new roles include Liamani Segura as Pink, Brendon Tremblay as Max Hatter, Alexandro Byrd as Luis Madrigal, and Kiara Romero as Hazel Hook. The plot introduces a fresh antagonist, Maddox Hatter, who captures the Queen of Hearts, prompting Red, Chloe, and the new allies to intervene.
