Disney+ releases new stills for ‘The Remarried Empress’ drama

Disney+ has released new promotional stills for the upcoming fantasy romance drama ‘The Remarried Empress’, scheduled to premiere on November 4. Based on a popular web novel, the series follows the story of Navier, the empress of the Eastern Empire, who seeks a new life by marrying Prince Heinrey of the Western Empire after her husband, Emperor Sovieshu, divorces her following an affair.

The new images highlight the central cast, including Shin Min Ah as the dignified Empress Navier, Ju Ji Hoon as Emperor Sovieshu, and Lee Se Young as Rashta. Lee Se Young portrays Rashta, a former slave who enters the imperial palace and becomes the catalyst for the empress’s divorce. Director Jo Soo Won and writer Yeo Ji Na noted the emotional depth and complex character dimensions provided by the lead actors.
