Disney has released the official trailer for ‘Coven Academy’, a new supernatural teen drama created by Tim Federle. Set in New Orleans, the series follows three teenage witches attending an elite magic boarding school where they must navigate ancient supernatural wars, lethal secrets, and complex romantic entanglements.

The story centers on Briar (Malina Weissman), an independent New Yorker discovering her magical abilities, who becomes caught in a love triangle involving Jake (Malachi Barton), a dangerous warlock, and Ollie (Louis Thresher), a newly turned vampire. The cast also includes Jordan Leftwich as Sasha, Ora Duplass as Tegan, and Tiffani Thiessen as the school's headmistress, Miss Graves.

‘Coven Academy’ is scheduled to premiere on Freeform on October 1, with the full season becoming available on Disney+, Hulu, and Freeform On Demand the following day.
