Disney's Bluey attraction overwhelms Animal Kingdom guests with crowds

Walt Disney World opened Bluey’s Wild World, an interactive play area based on the popular children’s series, inside Rafiki’s Planet Watch at Animal Kingdom. The launch drew hundreds of families, prompting Disney to introduce a virtual queue and causing significant congestion in the Conservation Station building. Guests reported cramped conditions, loud music, and difficulty navigating the space, especially with strollers, which are not permitted on the Wildlife Express Train that brings visitors to the attraction. The train itself has become a bottleneck, adding extra wait times.

While the new experience has revitalized interest in Rafiki’s Planet Watch, observers noted the absence of new Wilderness Explorer badges themed to Bluey, a point of discussion among fans. Overall, the attraction has become one of the busiest spots in the park, highlighting Disney’s need to manage crowd flow and amenities for young visitors.
