Dollywood hosts annual Smoky Mountain Christmas festival

Dollywood, located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, celebrates its annual Smoky Mountain Christmas event featuring more than six million lights spread across the park's hilly terrain. The display includes themed areas such as Santa’s Village with red and green decor, Glacier Ridge with blue and white tones, and Craftsman’s Valley, which utilizes a soft candlelight glow.

In addition to the light displays, the festival features a coal-fired steam train that runs on a five-mile loop through the illuminated park. Other attractions include holiday-themed shows, local crafts, and seasonal food offerings like cinnamon loaf. The event has previously received a Golden Ticket Legend Award for its holiday presentation.
