Dolomiti Superski launches 30 million euro refund program for skiers

Dolomiti Superski and its twelve participating valley consortia have launched a compensation program for skiers, following a procedure by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM). A total of 30 million euros has been allocated to provide relief to customers.

Eligible individuals who purchased skipasses for a single ski area within the Dolomiti Superski system during the 2022/2023, 2023/2024, or 2024/2025 winter seasons can apply. To qualify, the skipass must have had a validity period of between one and 31 days. This includes daily and multi-day passes, as well as those purchased at promotional or discounted rates.

Claimants can choose between two options: a 20% cash refund of the purchase price or a 30% discount voucher for future purchases. Applications can be submitted online through a dedicated platform on the Dolomiti Superski website.

Certain pass types are excluded from this measure, including full Dolomiti Superski area passes, seasonal passes for individual ski areas, Superski Family passes, Superdays, Valle Silver, and Ikon Pass. Additionally, half-day, free, blocked, or already refunded passes, as well as passes with prepaid credit, are not eligible. Purchases for the 2025/2026 season are also excluded.
