Dominican Republic‑U.S. basketball clash set for 8 PM at Banreservas arena

Fans attending the Dominican Republic vs United States basketball game on Friday night at the Banreservas Virgilio Travieso Soto arena will be allowed entry from 6:00 p.m., two hours before the 8:00 p.m. tip‑off. Security firm WB‑97 Corp Security Services SRL advises arriving early to avoid congestion, as parking will be limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis on surrounding streets. Access to the arena is restricted to ramps 3 and 4, with one gate kept for emergencies only. VIP guests have pre‑assigned parking, while players will use a separate, private locker‑room entrance.

The security operation involves the Directorate General of Traffic Safety, the National Police, the Armed Forces, Ministry of Sports personnel and WB‑97 staff. Similar entry and parking procedures will apply to the Dominican Republic’s upcoming game against Nicaragua on 6 July.
