Trump claims Mojtaba Khamenei is alive but severely injured FAST-MOVING

Six months into the conflict with Iran, the Trump administration has shifted its strategy toward economic warfare and maritime control. While President Donald Trump has repeatedly asserted that the war is nearing a conclusion, the White House confirmed that no formal negotiations are currently underway to end the hostilities.

Trump addressed ongoing speculation regarding the status of Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, stating he believes Khamenei is alive but has sustained severe injuries to the left side of his body, including his arm and leg. This follows months of the leader's absence from public view since succeeding his father in February.

On the maritime front, Trump claimed the Strait of Hormuz is open and that U.S. forces have successfully cleared sea mines from international waters. He reported that 22 vessels transited the waterway safely overnight and that 10 million barrels of oil passed through on a recent Tuesday.

To complement military actions, the administration has launched 'Operation Economic Outcast,' a sanctions campaign described by Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent as an effort to isolate Iran from the global financial system. The administration's primary objective remains preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
