In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated that the nation is producing munitions at an unprecedented scale to prepare for any eventuality.

Trump compared the financial burden of the Iran conflict to the aid provided to Ukraine, asserting that the Biden administration provided significantly more ammunition to Ukraine and NATO free of charge than what has been used in Iran. He expressed intent to eventually reclaim these funds from European allies, suggesting that Europe should have paid for much of the support provided to Ukraine.
