Dong Nai invests in infrastructure and urban development

Dong Nai province is undergoing significant infrastructure and urban development to support economic growth and the expansion of Long Thanh Airport. Between 2026 and 2030, the province plans to mobilize approximately 277.379 trillion VND for infrastructure, with 229.853 trillion VND dedicated specifically to transportation. Key projects include various highways, ring roads, and railway connections intended to link the airport with major urban centers like Bien Hoa, Long Thanh, and Nhon Trach.

In alignment with these regional developments, the Bcons Central Park project in Bien Hoa has opened its model apartment to the public. Located at 236 Phan Trung, Tam Hiep Ward, the development is positioned within existing residential areas and falls under the general urban planning for Bien Hoa through 2045. The project has attracted significant interest due to an expected starting price of approximately 49.9 million VND per square meter.
