Dong Nai regional development and economic initiatives

Dong Nai province is undertaking various initiatives to drive economic growth and regional development. Authorities have focused on improving land auction efficiency and preventing speculation to meet a budget revenue goal of 150 trillion VND. This includes managing land recovery for 10 approved projects covering over 2,400 hectares, with some auctions expected to proceed in 2026 and others in 2027.

In conjunction with these efforts, the province has launched a 500-day emulation campaign titled “Solidarity-discipline-efficiency-breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai”. As part of this broader development drive, infrastructure projects are underway, such as a 24 billion VND clean water pipeline project in An Vien Commune intended to serve approximately 21,000 residents.

Expanding on these infrastructure goals, the province plans to mobilize approximately 277.379 trillion VND between 2026 and 2030, with 229.853 trillion VND dedicated specifically to transportation. These investments aim to support the expansion of Long Thanh Airport through the construction of highways, ring roads, and railway connections linking the airport to major urban centers such as Bien Hoa, Long Thanh, and Nhon Trach.

Parallel to these large-scale developments, urban residential projects are progressing. In Bien Hoa, the Bcons Central Park project has opened its model apartment to the public. Located in Tam Hiep Ward, the development aligns with the general urban planning for Bien Hoa through 2045 and features an expected starting price of approximately 49.9 million VND per square meter.
