Dong Nai to auction hundreds of hectares for urban development

The Dong Nai People's Committee has assigned the Land Fund Development Center to manage and plan auctions for hundreds of hectares of land intended for urban and service development.

A significant portion of this includes nearly 90 hectares near the Long Thanh International Airport site. This land is designated for component project 4 of the airport's first phase, which includes the development of an airport city and an airline operations center.

Additional land auctions are planned for satellite areas surrounding the airport. This includes over 51.7 hectares in Nhon Trach, located on the 10-lane 25B boulevard connecting Ho Chi Minh City to the airport, and approximately 5.3 hectares in Phuoc An. These areas are strategically positioned near major transport routes, including the 25C route, Ring Road 3, and the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway.
