By mid-September 2026, the project entered a “critical final phase.” The cumulative implementation value for the 16 main construction packages of Component Project 3 reached approximately 79.46% of the total contract value. Specific infrastructure, including the runway, first taxiway, and aircraft parking stands, has reached nearly 99% completion. The aircraft fuel supply system is over 97% complete, and the wastewater treatment facility is over 91% complete.
