Dracula Land entertainment project planned for Romania
Dracula Land, a massive private investment project, is being developed in Gherghița, Romania, approximately 20 minutes from Bucharest. The complex is designed to be one of Europe’s most ambitious cultural and entertainment destinations, spanning 164 hectares.
The project includes a theme park with over 40 attractions across six themed areas, an arena capable of hosting 22,500 people for concerts and e-sports, and a fashion district featuring over 70 brands. Additional facilities planned for the site include an aqua park, a 4.5-kilometer racing track, multiple hotels, and a business accelerator dedicated to startups in gaming and artificial intelligence.
Construction is expected to begin in 2027, with different sections of the complex being delivered gradually. The development benefits from strategic proximity to the A3 highway and Henri Coandă International Airport.
