Serbian performer Dragomir Despić hospitalized after collapsing on stage in Budva

Dragomir Despić, known as Desingerica, collapsed after a live performance in Budva, Montenegro and was rushed to the emergency department. Hospital staff placed him on an infusion line as he recovered, and a photo of him lying in a hospital bed circulated on social media.

Earlier in the summer he faced a series of controversies in Montenegro, including a brief detention in Sutomore for lacking personal documents and accusations that under‑age attendees were drinking alcohol at his shows. Despite the setbacks, he continued to tour the Montenegrin coastline before the recent health incident.

The incident has drawn attention from fans and local media, highlighting the pressures on performers touring abroad.
