In early July 2026 Serbian trap artist Dragomir Despić, known as Desingerica, provoked outrage with on‑stage rituals that included cutting a fan’s hair in Budva and shaving a 30‑year‑old fan’s head in Vodice, Croatia. A Montenegrin tourism petition called for a concert ban after the Budva incident. On 18 July 2026 police from the Bar Security Unit and foreign‑personnel inspectors raided a Sutomore nightclub, fining Despić and two Serbian companions €200 each for lacking identity documents and imposing an €11,200 penalty on the venue for serving 11 minors alcohol and operating without a licence. Authorities urged parents to report any misconduct.

In late July, Despić posted an Instagram video of himself in a fluorescent safety vest driving a municipal garbage‑truck in Belgrade, a stunt that drew criticism from colleagues. He later reported being detained for several hours in a Montenegrin police station over allegedly incomplete performance documentation, denouncing the treatment as punitive.

On 27 July 2026 Despić collapsed onstage during a performance in Budva, Montenegro. He was rushed to a hospital, placed on an infusion line, and a photo of him in a hospital bed circulated on social media. The health incident, occurring after a series of legal and public‑relations setbacks, has drawn renewed attention to the pressures he faces while touring abroad.
