Serbian Rapper Desingerica Detained in Montenegro Night Club Over Missing ID
Police from the Bar security department detained Serbian rapper Dragomir Despić, known as Desingerica, and two other Serbian citizens during a night‑time raid at the Sutomor night club on 18 July 2026. Each was fined €200 for being in Montenegro without personal documents, a breach of the foreigner law.
The operation also uncovered 11 minors consuming alcohol and one staff member without a work permit. Inspections of the venue resulted in total fines of €11,200 levied against the club and its responsible parties for these violations.
Desingerica later told reporters that police "stopped the music, put us in a police bag and held us until early morning," adding "Pa nema što… they are doing their job." Montenegrin police appealed to parents to report any misconduct by the performer.
The incident follows earlier controversy over Desingerica’s shows in Budva, where he used a shaving machine on audience members, prompting petitions to ban his concerts in Montenegro.
