DRC opens applications for 15 state enterprise leadership roles

The Democratic Republic of the Congo's Ministry of Portfolio has opened applications for public mandates to lead fifteen state-owned enterprises. The recruitment process, conducted via an online portal, is open until August 14, 2026. Candidates must be Congolese nationals between the ages of 25 and 70, possessing strong professional integrity, technical competence, and proficiency in French and basic IT tools.

In a related development regarding state management, an opinion poll has been conducted to evaluate the governance of public institutions. The survey aims to measure the effectiveness of institutional reforms and the impact of public policies by analyzing how the population perceives the administrative and financial management of state mandates. The initiative aligns with President Félix Tshisekedi's emphasis on results-oriented management and financial orthodoxy within the state portfolio.
