Drew McIntyre fuels WWE return speculation with in-ring training video

WWE superstar Drew McIntyre has fueled speculation regarding a return to professional wrestling after posting footage of himself training in a ring. The video, captioned “Reps.”, shows the former Undisputed WWE Champion running the ropes and performing conditioning exercises.

McIntyre has been absent from WWE programming since WrestleMania 42 in April, where he lost an unsanctioned match to Jacob Fatu. His hiatus has primarily been attributed to acting commitments, including roles in the “Highlander” reboot alongside Henry Cavill and “The Last Druid” with Russell Crowe.

While McIntyre has expressed that he misses wrestling, no official timetable or return date has been confirmed by WWE. Reports indicate that while he has returned to the United States, creative discussions regarding his specific return to television storylines have not yet been finalized.
