Driver dies in head-on collision with truck in Paulínia

A 49-year-old driver died on Saturday morning following a head-on collision with a truck on the Professor Zeferino Vaz Highway (SP-332) in Paulínia, São Paulo.

Security cameras captured the moment the driver lost control of the vehicle, crossed the central median, and entered the oncoming lane, striking a truck traveling from Santa Catarina. The driver was alone in the car and died at the scene. The truck driver was uninjured. Authorities, including the Fire Department and Military Police, responded to the scene, and an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the loss of control.
