Drunen, Netherlands and Brugge, Belgium announce summer youth activity programs

The Jeugd Vakantie Vreugd (JVV) organization in Drunen, Netherlands, will run a week‑long activities programme from 15 to 22 August 2026. The schedule includes about 90 events for children aged 5–12, such as a "Kliederkleien" clay‑craft workshop at Het Pieck, with free slots for children of the Stichting Leergeld and refugee families. In Brugge, Belgium, the Buurtsport initiative is offering a summer line‑up of sports and creative workshops across the Zeebrugge, Sint‑Jozef and Sint‑Pieters neighbourhoods throughout July and August. New elements include a "knuffelcaravan", Squid‑Game‑style games, a T‑shirt‑printing workshop, a pizza‑making mobile, and the Club Brugge Panna King youth tournament that culminates at the Jan Breydel Stadium. The programme targets children aged 6–12, especially newcomers and non‑native speakers, and is supported by partners such as OverKop and the Huis van het Kind.
