DS N°7 electric SUV unveiled as successor to the DS7
Stellantis introduced the DS N°7, the next‑generation premium SUV that replaces the eight‑year‑old DS7. The new model is built on the STLA Medium platform and is offered in fully electric and hybrid versions. Three electric powertrains are planned: a 230 hp front‑drive version with a 73.7 kWh battery delivering about 542 km (WLTP), a 245 hp long‑range version with a 97.2 kWh pack and a 740 km range, and a 350 hp all‑wheel‑drive version.
The DS7 sold more than 200,000 units in eight years and was used as French President Emmanuel Macron’s official car. Production of the DS N°7 has moved to Stellantis’s Melfi plant in Italy, while the model will be sold across Europe, with prices in Switzerland starting at 42,900 CHF for the gasoline version and 51,900 CHF for the electric version. The SUV offers a 560‑liter trunk that expands to 1,570 liters with the rear seats folded, and a range of premium interior features such as heated and ventilated seats, a panoramic roof, and a high‑end JBL sound system.
