DS Automobiles rolls out new DS N°7 premium SUV

DS Automobiles unveiled its newest model, the DS N°7, marking the first complete renewal of the brand’s line‑up since its 2014 launch. The DS N°7 replaces the best‑selling DS 7, which accounts for about half of DS sales and 70 % of the model’s volume is exported, chiefly to Italy, Germany and Turkey. The compact premium SUV, sized 4.66 m × 1.90 m × 1.63 m, offers hybrid and fully electric versions; the E‑TENSE FWD Long‑Range electric variant claims up to 740 km WLTP range and a drag coefficient of 0.26. It features 19‑inch wheels, two front‑grille options (PALLAS and ÉTOILE), optional black roof, bi‑tone paint and an interior with natural wood trim, a 10.25‑inch digital instrument panel and a 16‑inch multimedia screen, plus semi‑autonomous DS Drive Assist. Test drives were staged in Cannes’s Verdon natural park, and the model will go on sale in October, initially on Turkish roads. DS Automobiles brand director Selim Eskinazi said the launch “brings our future design and technology vision to Turkey” and will start taking pre‑orders.
