Dušan Vlahović leaves Juventus as free agent after €8 m salary demand

Serbian striker Dušan Vlahović ended his eight‑year spell with Juventus after contract talks broke down. Juventus offered about €6 million per season, but Vlahović and his representatives insisted on at least €8 million annually and a €30 million signing bonus requested by his father. Juventus director Giorgio Chiellini said, "He will not stay in Italy with this amount." With no agreement, Vlahović left the club as a free agent this summer.

Multiple clubs have been linked with the 26‑year‑old forward. Interest has come from English teams such as Chelsea, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur, Spanish sides including Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, German giants Bayern Munich, and Italian clubs like Napoli and a Serie A side seeking a new striker for Champions League participation. The player’s future remains uncertain as clubs assess his wage expectations and on‑field role.
