Dubai Mallathon launches indoor walking track at Dubai International Airport

Dubai Airports hosted the first Dubai Mallathon event inside Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 3 Departures, converting the area into an indoor walking track. The initiative, launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, brought together Dubai Airports staff, members of the oneDXB community and People of Determination for two morning walks.

Majed Al Joker, Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Airports, said: “We’re proud to host The Dubai Mallathon… it encourages people to be part of something that’s more than just exercise… small steps make a big impact.” The program is part of DXB’s broader effort to promote employee wellbeing and community engagement, with further weekly sessions planned across Terminal 3 throughout August.
