Dubai Police Sets AI-Driven Digital Transformation Roadmap

Dubai Police held the inaugural meeting of its Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Council to review an AI‑driven digital transformation plan. The strategy targets converting 50 % of government processes into self‑executing “Agentic AI” models and building integrated, fast, flexible police and administrative services through smart technologies and advanced data analytics.

Key work streams include a digital governance framework, institutional data‑management policies, accelerated automation for field operations, and scaling pilot projects to full‑scale applications. The council also discussed migration to a shared digital channels framework, performance‑monitoring indicators, cyber‑risk management, and digital training programs to boost workforce readiness. The plan aligns with the Dubai Government’s vision of a smart, proactive future government and aims to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and quality of life while positioning Dubai Police as a global leader in security innovation.
