Ducati to launch 2026 Monster motorcycle in India
Ducati has filed a design patent in India for its updated 2026 Monster, a model first revealed worldwide in October 2025. The new bike features a major styling overhaul, returning to a muscular fuel tank, an oval LED headlight, a 5‑inch TFT display and a suite of rider‑aid electronics, together with an 890 cc V‑twin engine that delivers around 109–111 bhp and 91 Nm of torque.
Industry sources expect the 2026 Monster to arrive in the Indian market around August or September 2026, with a base price of roughly INR 14 lakh. A higher‑spec “Monster Plus” variant may carry an additional INR 20‑30 k. The launch follows Ducati’s broader strategy of expanding its premium motorcycle lineup in India, where the brand already sells models such as the Multistrada V2, Streetfighter V2 S and Panigale V2 S.
