Dungeon Crawler Carl TV series in development at Peacock

The Dungeon Crawler Carl book series, written by Matt Dinniman, is being developed into a television series for Peacock. The success of this adaptation is viewed as a potential turning point for the LitRPG genre, as it could either pave the way for future adaptations or discourage major studios from pursuing similar properties.

The series has already seen success in other formats, with audiobooks outselling print and digital versions. Jeff Hays, the narrator of the audiobooks, has been confirmed as the first official cast member for the show, currently slated to voice the character Princess Donut.
