Dusit expands ASAI Hotels brand to Malaysia with Gamuda Cove opening

Dusit Hotels and Resorts is expanding its ASAI Hotels brand into Malaysia with the upcoming opening of ASAI Gamuda Cove in Selangor. Scheduled to welcome guests on 15 September 2026, the 13-storey property is the largest to date for the ASAI brand.

Located within the 1,530-acre Gamuda Cove township, the hotel features 280 rooms and locally inspired dining. It is situated approximately 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and near the Sepang International Circuit. The property is positioned near several nature and recreation sites, including the Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, the Wetlands Arboretum, and the SplashMania Waterpark.

This marks Dusit’s second hotel in Malaysia, following Dusit Princess Melaka, and represents the first ASAI hotel to open outside of a city neighborhood, joining existing properties in Bangkok and Kyoto.
