Dutch community sports festivals planned in Vroomshoop and Drunen

Sportlust Vroomshoop tournament Jeugd Vakantie Drunen Dutch community sports football finals children activity week

The Sportlust Vroomshoop club will host the Sportlust Connect Kunstgrastoernooi finals on Friday 10 July and Saturday 11 July. The women's final kicks off at 19:30 on Friday, followed by music and a festive atmosphere, while the men's final begins at 13:00 on Saturday with additional competitions, a popular Latje‑Trappen finale and live performances.

In Drunen, the Jeugd Vakantie Vreugd (JVV) activities week runs from Saturday 15 August to Saturday 22 August. The program offers about 90 games and activities for children aged 4‑10, including prizes, tattoos, face painting and a photo scavenger hunt. Registration is free for children of the Stichting Leergeld, refugees and younger participants, and volunteers are welcomed to help run the events.
