Dutch Summer Festivities Kick Off with Dordrecht Steam Festival and Tollebeek Village Fair

Preparations are underway for the Dordrecht steam festival ‘Dordt in Stoom’. A fleet parade of historic steamships, workboats and heritage vessels will sail past the city’s main quay at 20:00, with Mayor Nanning Mol presiding aboard the steamship De Majesteit. The program features a Thursday evening parade, a Friday “Bonte Avond” stage show, and Saturday’s “Alleskunner” games, with opportunities for individuals and teams to compete in various challenges.
