DYPA opens applications for vocational training schools

The Greek Public Employment Service (DYPA) is conducting the application and registration process for its 30 Higher Vocational Training Schools (SAEK) for the 2026-2027 academic year. The program offers 46 different specialties designed to meet current labor market demands.

Prospective students, including holders of General or Vocational Lyceum diplomas, can apply electronically via the gov.gr portal using TAXISNet credentials. The application deadline is Friday, September 11, 2026, at 23:59. Applicants can select up to three specialties in order of priority.

Successful candidates must complete their registration by Thursday, September 10, 2026, between 09:00 and 14:00. Registration can be completed by submitting required documents—such as diplomas, ID, AMKA, and AFM—either in person or electronically via email. Failure to meet this deadline results in the loss of the right to enroll through the parallel preference system. Additionally, students enrolled in SAEK cannot simultaneously attend other secondary, post-secondary, or tertiary educational institutions.
