Dyson announces Corrale CoolShine straightener and Airsmooth dryer brush

Dyson has announced two new hair-care products: the Corrale CoolShine straightener and the Airsmooth dryer brush. These products were unveiled at the Dyson Unveiled event during IFA 2026.

The Corrale CoolShine straightener features water-filled cooling pipes designed to draw excess heat away from the hair after it passes through the heated copper plates. This system aims to reduce residual heat exposure and leave hair feeling smoother and cooler. It is expected to retail for $329 in the US, with availability starting September 15.

The Airsmooth is Dyson’s first dedicated dryer brush, designed to combine hair-drying technology with a brush attachment. It utilizes looped bristles that collapse under tension to prevent snagging and a teardrop-shaped body to add volume. The device includes an intelligent heat-control system that adjusts temperature 100 times per second to minimize frizz and heat damage. The Airsmooth is priced at $249 in the US and is scheduled for release on September 8.
