e-Devlet expands digital insurance and accident reporting services

The scope of digital insurance services on the e-Devlet platform has been expanded following the completion of Phase II of the ‘My Private Insurances’ project. This initiative was carried out by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK) in collaboration with the Cyber Security Presidency and the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center.

Vehicle owners can now access critical information regarding accidents and damages through a single digital interface. This includes the ability to review expert reports, accident detection reports, and determined fault rates. Additionally, the system allows users to view both current and past insurance policies across various branches and provides notifications for upcoming policy renewals.

While the first phase of the project consolidated policies from different companies and contracts such as DASK, TARSİM, and BES onto one screen, this latest update focuses on streamlining the management of damage and accident-related documentation.
