e-EFKA launches digital service for non-salaried insurance recognition

e-EFKA has launched a new digital service titled ‘Recognition of Insurance Time for Non-Salaried Workers’ to automate the processing and issuance of decisions for farmers, the self-employed, and freelancers.

While the initial application must still be submitted in person at local e-EFKA service units, the subsequent processing, verification, and decision-making stages are now 100% digital. This shift aims to reduce bureaucratic delays that previously stalled pension-related matters for months.

Once a decision is reached, insured individuals will receive a notification via email. They can access the results, including approval or rejection status and specific financial details for purchasing insurance years, by logging in with Taxisnet credentials. The system will provide the total buyout amount, payment methods (lump sum or installments), and a unique payment code.
