e& UAE embeds Agentic AI into mobile and broadband services

e& UAE has announced the integration of Agentic AI into its core mobile and fixed connectivity plans, making it the first telecommunications provider in the region to embed these capabilities directly into existing broadband and mobile products. Unlike traditional models where businesses must procure AI tools, security, and computing from multiple vendors, this approach incorporates AI functionality into standard business internet and mobile services.

Agentic AI is designed to understand objectives, organize information, and execute sequences of tasks under defined controls. In a business environment, this allows for the automation of routine processes, workflow management, and efficient information retrieval.

The rollout is supported by Sovereign AI Compute, which combines local graphics processing unit (GPU) capacity within the UAE with secure, high-performance connectivity. This infrastructure is intended to help organizations move from AI experimentation to daily operational use by addressing common barriers such as infrastructure constraints and security concerns.
