e& UAE launches Business Pro AI with bundled Microsoft Copilot

e& UAE has launched Business Pro AI, a new broadband service designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that bundles Microsoft Copilot at no additional cost. The offering aims to lower the financial and implementation barriers SMEs face when adopting generative AI tools.

The subscription integrates high-speed business fibre connectivity with Microsoft 365, Teams, antivirus licenses, a firewall, cloud PABX, and a website builder. By consolidating these services into a single monthly bill, the company seeks to simplify vendor management for growing businesses.

Speeds for the plans range from 200Mbps for single-user packs to 1Gbps for ten-user tiers, with monthly pricing between AED 1,095 and AED 3,375 (excluding VAT). Esam Mahmoud, senior vice president of SMB sales and marketing at e& UAE, stated that the initiative is intended to make AI-powered productivity more accessible, allowing businesses to automate routine tasks like drafting emails and analyzing spreadsheets.
